Which dehydrator do you use?
I'm looking to buy one soon. I want a timer and thermostat on it and for it to easily fit into my cabinets.
I'm leaning toward the Excalibur 3526T (5 tray) dehydrator but I've heard of people having problems dehydrating whole fruits (blueberries and cranberries). Does anyone else have problems with that?

Re: Dehydrator suggestions?
Fri, July 24, 2009 - 11:34 PMI have a Good4U dehydrator, 6 tray. It is good. The Excalibur is a great choice. If I were to get another at some point, I'd probably go for an excalibur; I like their trays and the way that a square can hold four tortillias but my trays only hold 3... Someone was just making tacos... :)
