I've been hearing from different sources, about when and in what order to eat things. For example it's been said that one should eat his proteins (nuts, grains, avocados... and the like) in the morning. And to eat carbohydrates, vegtables, later in the day. ... And not to eat at all in the evenings.
Then people have told me that you are not to eat acidic fruits right after alkaline vegetables, but to wait an hour before doing so... because the fruits would go undigested unless given their own digestive time.
How many of you have heard anything about these questions? Can you fill me in a little more about a timely way to process our food with conscoius intention?

usually we eat fruits first. then veggies/nuts/protiens, etc...
usually we eat when its light outside.
always your own intuition is the best guide.
